MBCU Audio Response Service acts as your 24-Hour Teller. With this service, MBCU members can access their accounts anytime or anywhere 7 days a weeks. With this service and the use of a touch-tone telephone, members can hear real-time transactions. This service is free for five visits during a month to the Audio Response Service. A $.50 fee per visit will be charged to a members accounts after the fifth visit. By calling (888)857-0396 a MBCU member can:

• Check Account Balances – Shares or Share Drafts
• Request Checks from Shares or Share Drafts Accounts
• Check Loan Balances
• Transfer Money Between Shares or Share Drafts Accounts
• Check Manual or Direct Deposits
• Transfer Loan Payments from Shares or Share Drafts Accounts
• Advance Line-of-Credit Loans
